Sautéed Spinach and Garlic



Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 4 bunches spinach, stems trimmed, rinsed and dried
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic until golden, being careful not to burn.

2. Add the spinach, turn the heat to high, and cook, stirring and tossing, until wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess liquid and serve.
