1. Heat oil in a medium sauce pan
2. Sauté’ onion, garlic, ginger, red Chillie, cumin seed, and mustard seed
3. Add tumeric and curry powder and mix well
4. Add potatoes and mix until incorporated
5. Add salt to taste
6. Cover and allow to cook until potatoes are half cooked (stirring occasionally)
7. Add frozen peas and cook until potatoes are soft and dry
8. When cooked, set aside to cool, and then add chopped green chilies, cilantro and green onion – mix well.
