Preheat oven to 425 F. Place potatoes on prepared rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Chicago Steak & Chop; toss to coat evenly. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally. For an added dose of color, use multicolor potatoes instead of yellow potatoes but be sure they are cut the same size in order to cook evenly. And always remember, the key to a good potato is patience!
