This is a take on the Kir Royale. Instead of using raspberry juice, we’re using pomegranate.
Yield: Serves 2
1. Pour 1/2 of the champagne into a champagne glass or chilled flute.
2. Top with 1/2 of the pomegranate juice.
3. Garnish with an orange wheel.
