Mixed Green Salad



with Light Vinaigrette

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 head butter lettuce, rinsed and dried, outer leaves discarded
  • 1 head radicchio lettuce, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup whole basil leaves
  • Light Vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons grated imported Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Tear the butter lettuce and radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Combine with the basil in a large bowl. Chill.

2. To serve, pour on the Light Vinaigrette to coat the leaves, sprinkle with the Parmesan and toss gently.
