Pulp of 8 ripe passion fruits (skin should be wrinkled)
8 firm and ripe kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
Instructions
1. In a heavy-bottom saucepan, heat sugar, orange juice, and passion fruit pulp over medium heat. When sugar has caramelized and is light golden brown in color, pour over kiwi fruit.
2. Let marinate for at least 3 hours before serving.
