Grilled Chicken



with a Tangy Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 rosemary sprigs, leaves chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Tomatillo salsa

Instructions

1. Coat chicken lightly on both sides with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 1 hour.

2. Preheat the grill, barbecue, or broiler.

3. Place chicken over medium-high heat and cook until done. Serve with tomatillo salsa.
