Feta Cheese and Tomato Canapés



Ingredients

  • 2 baguettes of crusty bread, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 16 ounces feta cheese, sliced thinly
  • 8 roma tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • 1 red onion, sliced thinly
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 24 pieces of basil

Instructions

1. In a broiler, toast the baguette slices until golden in color.

2. On each slice place a layer of feta, tomato, and red onion, then drizzle with olive oil.

3. Top with a piece of basil and serve.
