1/2 cup grated imported Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. In a large wooden salad bowl, whisk together the yolks, garlic, anchovies, mustard, vinegar, pepper, salt, Worcestershire, and hot pepper sauce to blend. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and then the lemon juice.
2. Add the lettuce, croutons, and cheese and toss to combine thoroughly.
