Steve Jordan is in a league of his own. He’s what I call a "trainer extraordinaire," and trust me, I've worked out with hundreds of trainers across the globe and can honestly say NO ONE compares to Steve. Steve's knowledge and understanding of the body sets him apart from anyone I've ever trained with. In college he fell off a balcony and landed on his head, splitting it open and having to have brain surgery. His doctors told him he'd never walk again, and with determination and three years of hard work, he’s back and better than ever. That accident was his calling and he's proven to himself that whatever challenges you're faced with, there's no limit to the powers of the mind, body, and spirit working in harmony. His exercise routines are easy to follow, and whether you’re training for a marathon, just getting started, or can only spare 20 minutes a day, Steve is the right coach to help you reach your personal goals and get you on track.
Tips from Steve.
It's not exercise; It's not diet; It's a lifestyle.
Train like a champion; Win like a champion; Live like a champion.
Do something everyday that will improve your health and wellness. That means a walk for 30 min, 30 min of stretching or yoga, 30 minutes of weight training, etc. Being in the best shape of your life is a marathon, not a race!
Nothing tastes as good as being in the best shape of your life.
Ramp up your metabolism by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, park at the far end of the parking lot, and stretch every 1/2 hour. Most importantly, eat. Don't skip a meal, and snack on healthy foods. Enjoy!
